If you haven’t read Sarah-Kate Lynch, you need to. She is fantastic.She has written one of my favorite books Blessed are the Cheesemakers and I recently checked this one out of the library. It was wonderful.
I still love her Cheesemakers more, but this was a lovely read. Made me want to eat local honey to see if I could taste what Ms. Lynch tasted.
